For a couple of days people have been telling me about a natural spring I would pass when I reach the town of Beaverton, Alabama. This was welcomed news because I have yet to encounter a real working natural spring well on any my walks thus far.
Last summer when I walked across Massachusetts I was teased often by antique looking wells on the roadsides of Central Massachusetts. In fact, I never found a working spring through any of towns I passed through last summer.
Beaverton has four of them, this is the recommended best one. I filled up every jar I had on me and treasured it for days.
