To beat the midday heat we are starting off at 6:15 this morning. My backpack is loaded down with water as we resume the mountain climb into Utuado, about 9-10 miles from our end point yesterday.
My brother, whose taking the point with Esteban, has been admonishing me for texting while walking on some these narrow roads.
Yesterday in a blink of an eye Esteban fainted from the heat. Fortunately our sag vehicle was right there to revive him with fluids and TLC.
